MONDAY

Monday will be our kick-off day! We’ll start with a 2-hour call to align our vision for your new website. Then, you’ll have a chance to review your website’s blueprint by Tuesday before we send it off to our design and development deck.

tues - thurs

Relaxation for you, creation for us! While you keep busy for the week or squeeze in a little holiday, we’ll be working on designing and developing your new website! Our goal here is to bring your digital dream to life.

friday

We’ll check in with you on Thursday to report on our progress. You will get to review your new website, provide feedback, and by Friday, you’ll have a sleek, fully-functioning mini-website that’s all set to make waves!

pre-work & pOST-PROJECT support

To ensure a swift and efficient website creation, we need you to complete onboarding and submit all required materials a week before our design weekend. 

This preparation allows us to stay on top of our schedule and deliver your website promptly.

After delivery, we’ll hang around for two more weeks to smooth out any bumps and fine-tune your site. Major redesigns aren’t covered, but rest easy knowing we’ve got your back to keep things running smoothly.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We want to make this as easy for you as possible. We offer the option to split your payment into two or three parts, depending on what works best for you.

Do I have to pay anything else?

There may be additional costs for your domain (we recommend Google Domains) and website host (we recommend SiteGround). But don't worry, these are standard expenses for maintaining a website and we'll guide you through it.

What if I don't have all my content ready yet?

We completely understand how busy things can get. However, to ensure your mini website is all set and ready by Monday, we'll need all your content and brand assets at least a week before our designated design weekend. This helps us plan and design efficiently.

If you're unable to provide the materials on time, you have the option to reschedule, but please note that this will be subject to our next available slot. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

What happens if I need help after the website is done?

Our package includes two weeks of post-project support after your website goes live to help with any issues or questions that may come up. After that, we're still available for assistance at our standard support rates. 

This support window does not include any redesigns. 

Will I really get my website next week?

Rest assured, with our offer, you'll have a brand new website in just one week. But remember, our calendars fill up quickly and the next available slot might not be the upcoming one. Curious about our next availability? Check it out here!

What's the difference between a mini website and a full website?

Great question! A mini website primarily focuses on one main page ( your landing page) that presents your brand or service, but we'll also give some love to your about page, services page, and contact page as well.

As for the cost and timeline, mini websites are a quicker and more budget-friendly option than a full website, making them perfect for those wanting to make an impact sooner rather than later.

What if I need additional pages on my website?

 A mini website primarily focuses on a robust landing page. If you find that your needs are more extensive, our full website design service might be a better fit for you. Check it out here.

Will I be able to update the website myself?

Absolutely! Rest assured, we won't leave you in the deep end - we'll provide basic training to help you get comfortable with navigating and managing your new website.

Which platforms do you work with?

We mainly work with WordPress for its robust functionality and customization options, but we're also equipped to work with platforms like SquareSpace and Kajabi (for an additional fee) if you have a current subscription with them.

What if I don't like the design?

We want you to love your website! During our kick-off call you will already have an idea of what your website will look like by reviewing the website blueprint. Then by Monday, we'll make revisions based on your feedback to ensure the final design truly represents your brand.
